Enable SafeSearch on an Android device
To enable SafeSearch on an Android device:
- Open your preferred web browser.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down and tap “Privacy & security”.
- Look for “SafeSearch” and toggle it on.
- If you want to lock SafeSearch, you can set up a Google account and activate “SafeSearch Lock”. This will require you to enter a PIN every time you want to turn off SafeSearch.
Disable SafeSearch on an Android device
To disable SafeSearch on an Android device:
- Open your preferred web browser.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down and tap “Privacy & security”.
- Look for “SafeSearch” and toggle it off.
Please note that disabling SafeSearch may result in more explicit search results, so it is important to exercise caution and discretion when browsing the internet.
